Created in Blender for a game jam. The robot jumps around a level as its light slowly dies and must keep recharging with batteries to reach the exit.
This image was created by my first raytracer, which I made for an undergraduate graphics course in 2008. I wrote the raytracer in GL Shader Language 1.2 and it was able to render in realtime or interactive speeds — though not at this resolution 🙂
